Index Card Printer Review: Canon Pixma iP3000
[43 Folders] The Hipster PDA has been extended and improved beyond my wildest dreams thanks to things like GTDTiddlyWiki, Douglas Johnston's D*I*Y Planner, and John Norris's very creative templates. With this growth and interest have come a lot of requests from readers for the best, cheapest, and most Mac-friendly printer for printing directly to ordinary index cards.

Chris Thompson: Other pockets include a Moleskine that never gets used, a dwindling supply of index cards, and a dozen or so of my pen of choice, the Zebra F-301, and the work cell phone that never gets used, but I still have to carry. I also have two (yes two) different secure ID devices for logging into various secure parts of the network. (via Cosmos)
Loobylu: I had managed to mail out a lot of the prints but everything else has been put on a backburner and the list keeps growing. So this afternoon I am going to have a look at the Getting Things Done TiddlyWiki and start getting some things done. (via Cosmos)

eConsultant: Im hereby pleased to announce the release of the much-requested D*I*Y Planner 2 Hipster PDA Edition, a series of 34 organisational and planning templates designed for printing onto index cards (a.k.a., the Hipster PDA). These are a subset of the regular D*I*Y Planner forms, re-designed for the smaller size, and may be used either in conjunction with the full kit or as a stand-alone system. (via Cosmos)

[Steve Holden's Weblog] New 3 x 5 Card Template For Data Capture and Reference: This is because I've found that a lot of actions I have been grabbing by 3 x 5 cards are done within 24 hours, and then I'd have a lot of not so useful information in my Moleskine if everything went directly in to that. Plus, I like to take time to write nice into the Moleskine so it is readable, so my 3 x 5 cards can be more scribbles.
[Douglasjohnston.net] a million monkeys typing » D*I*Y Planner Hipster PDA Edition: I guess I’ve been using a blend of the standard DIY planner and the Hipster all along. Each morning I transfer all relevant actions and info to a standard DIY dayplanner page and keep it folded in a shirt pocket with a Pilot G-2.
[43folders.com] 43 Folders: I’ve had a few requests from readers wanting an easy way to fly the colors of The Mothership on their own weblog (or, “blog”). Cool.
[Rexblog.com] rexblog.com: Rex Hammock's Weblog: On more than one ocassion, when I've mentioned the phrase "my hipster PDA," someone within earshot will also pull out their stack of three-by-five index cards. Now its creator, Merlin Mann has reviewed some <$75 printers that will print index cards...I sense a new anti-status symbol coming my way.
